Window cleaning software for storefront routes and per-pane quotes
Set each storefront on its day once, weekly, every other week or the 1st Tuesday, and bill the account on its own. Homes come back every 6 months. Quote the next house by the pane at your own rates, and let the AI Receptionist take the call while you're on the pole.

Wet hands, a ringing phone, and a route that lives in a spreadsheet
You're on a pole at the bank when a homeowner calls for a price. That evening you count her windows from the driveway, work out 38 panes at your rate in your head, and text her a number. She asks if screens are included. Meanwhile the dentist is due its every-other-Tuesday clean, the hardware store's bill for last month never went out, and Thursday's forecast means eleven texts from your personal phone to move eleven stops.
Storefront route
Every storefront on its day, without the spreadsheet
Set each account once in the mobile app: the bakery every Monday, the dentist every other Tuesday, the hardware store on the 1st Tuesday of the month. Each one stays on the calendar until you stop it, ends on a date, or stops after up to 90 visits. Homes can repeat every 6 months, so the spring and fall list is booked before the season starts. When a manager asks to skip a week, change that visit for this booking only and the rest keeps its day.
- Rise Bakery, weekly on Monday
- Main St Dental, every 2 weeks on Tuesday
- Corner Hardware, 1st Tuesday of the month
- Homes every 6 months, April and October
- One visit moved, the series untouched
Per-pane quotes
Count the glass once, price it per pane, add the screens
Bring the count from your walk-around and the estimate does the math at your own rates: 38 panes outside, 38 inside, 18 screens. Mark tracks or hard-water removal as add-ons the homeowner ticks, and hide quantity and unit price on her copy if you'd rather show one price per line. She opens it on her phone, you're told when she does, and she signs from the link.
- Exterior glass, 38 panes at $5
- Interior glass, 38 panes at $4
- Screens washed, 18 at $3
- Tracks and hard-water removal as add-ons
- Quantity and unit price hidden on her copy
Storefront billing
The bank's bill goes out on the 14th, whether you remember or not
Put each storefront account on a recurring invoice in the mobile app, every month or every week, and BestMate emails it on its own with a Pay Now link. The manager pays by card, ACH or PayPal, or you record the check when it shows up. If it's still unpaid on the due date, one email reminder goes out with the invoice. Homes get an ordinary invoice, texted from the driveway.
- First Valley Bank, $120 on the 14th
- Rise Bakery billed every week
- Check from the hardware store recorded by hand
- One email reminder on the due date
- Home invoice texted from the driveway
Rain days
Rain tomorrow: one text per stop, every reply in one inbox
Text each customer from their record: rain tomorrow, can we do Saturday? It reaches them as a normal text, no app needed, and the reply lands in the same thread with a push notification, next to their jobs and invoices. Then open the visit and move it for this booking only. It's one stop at a time, with no automatic rain notice or bulk reschedule, but none of it ends up in your personal texts.
- Lena Park, moved to Saturday
- Bakery manager: Tuesday works
- Unread counts show who hasn't answered
- Same threads on the phone and the web
- Photos of the hard-water stains, kept in the thread
Calls on the ladder
The phone rings while you're on the pole. It still gets answered.
On the Pro plan, the AI Receptionist answers on its own US number, day or night. It quotes your per-pane prices from the services you set and never makes one up, then turns the call into a booking request with the caller's preferred 2-hour window for you to confirm when you're back on the ground. You get a push notification with a summary and the written transcript. Forward your number to it, or put it on the truck and the door hangers.
- Per-pane prices from the rates you set
- Booking request with a 2-hour window
- Summary and transcript, no recording
- Calls at 9pm or on a Sunday
- 500 minutes a month on Pro
Set the route once. Price the next house by the pane.
