What happens when the free trial ends?

The trial runs for 14 days and needs no card, so nothing is charged automatically. When it ends, pick the plan that fits your team and carry on where you left off.

Is the price per user?

Yes — every plan is priced per user, per month. The figures above are the annual rate; switch the toggle to Monthly to see month-to-month pricing.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down as your team and your workload change — you are not locked into the plan you start on.

Am I signing a contract?

No. Annual billing is a single payment up front for the year at a lower per-user rate, and monthly billing runs month to month. You can cancel either at any time.

Can you move my existing customers and jobs across?

Yes — data import is included on the Basic and Pro plans. Email your customer, job and invoice files to sales@gobestmate.com and the team will bring them in for you.
