Branded Website questions
Do I have to build the website myself?
No. It exists as soon as you sign up, at an address made from your business name, with your business name, phone and email already on it. Adding your colors, a top photo, your services, an About Us, your team and a gallery is a matter of filling in a few screens in the app.
Can I use my own domain, like mybusiness.com?
Every site comes with its own web address made from your business name, and you can change it. If you already own a domain, the BestMate team can connect it to your site from the Basic plan up.
Will my website show up on Google?
It's a public web page with your business name as its title, so anyone can find it and you can link to it from anywhere. For local searches, the biggest lever is your Google Business Profile: put your site link on it and ask happy customers for reviews there.
What's on the website?
Your logo and business name, a top photo with Call, Message and Book buttons, up to four services, About Us, your team, a gallery of your work, your hours, your contact details and your address on a map. A message form further down sends inquiries straight into BestMate.
Can customers book through the website?
Yes. The Book button opens your booking page, where customers pick an open time inside your hours, and the request lands in BestMate for you to confirm. The message form on the homepage takes inquiries. When you send the estimate or invoice, they pay from its link.
Can I edit it from my phone?
Yes. Open More, then Business Website in the iOS or Android app, or Business Website in the web app. Changes show on your site when you save.
Does the website cost extra?
