Invite by email
Add a team member with their name, email, phone and job title. They get an email invite, you're copied, and they sign up with that email, so they have their own login and never use yours.

For each area, from the schedule and jobs to estimates, invoices, customers and expenses, choose view, add, edit or delete. For the schedule, jobs, timesheets and expenses, choose their own work or everyone's.
Put them on jobs
Assign one or more team members to a job. Each one gets an email with the job, and it shows up in their schedule with the address and your notes.

Yes. Permissions are set per area, so a field worker can have the schedule and their own jobs without any access to estimates, invoices or your customer list, while your office manager gets the lot. You choose view, add, edit or delete for each area, person by person.
Can a team member see only their own jobs?
Yes. For the schedule, jobs, timesheets and expenses you choose whether each person sees only their own or everyone's. A field worker sees their assigned work and hours, while an office manager can see the whole business.
How do I invite my team?
