Referral Program

How Our Referral Program Works

  1. Share your unique referral QR Code with your friends and other businesses, or refer them to us online through 1-to-1 email, messages, or the online referral form.
  2. Our app tracks who clicks and signs up as a subscriber, so we can automatically pay you commission.
  3. A dedicated onboarding team will help them onboard and use the app.
  4. Once the customer subscribes, commissions are paid one time after 120 days and every month after that as long as the customer is a subscriber.
  5. Referrals who cancel in less than 120 days will not be eligible for payment.
  6. Our terms and conditions apply for this referral program.
  7. Referral code is valid for 90 days once shared.
  8. As you refer more customers, your rewards every month will keep growing as well.

Partner benefits

  • Starter Plan: Earn $50 per referral
  • Basic Plan: Earn $175 per referral. $120 for first 4 months and then 10% of subscription price every month.
  • Pro Plan: Earn $400 per referral. $200 for first 4 months and then 20% of subscription price every month.
  • Referrals will be first paid out 120 days after subscription starts, and then every month as long as the customer is paying subscription for the first 2 years.
  • Annual plan benefits are calculated in the same way. $50 for Starter, $175 for Basic, and $400 for Pro
  • Referrals who cancel in less than 120 days will not be eligible for payment
  • You can make multiple referrals
  • Terms and conditions apply

Integration Program

How Our Integration Program Works

  1. You are a Business with many franchisees, associates and clients or run a multi location or multi-franchise business.
  2. You offer and integrate BestMate in your office and your franchises, suppliers or clients or business associates to improve working of your entire business and network.
  3. We set up BestMate for you and your Business network or franchises etc or integrate with your product, modified specially for you and your teams and network and get everyone on same page.
  4. We offer special service and special prices.
  5. The relationship is between you and the franchise or client. You agree on fees, and you keep 100% of what you charge them and pay BestMate a pre-agreed fee or your franchise clients associates pay us and we pay you agreed rewards every month.

How Our Associate Program Works

  1. Become our Associate Business Partner
  2. Sell and promote BestMate along with your Products
  3. Promote it on your website or give along with your product
  4. Share your specific QR code or give us your referral details
  5. Our team contacts your customer, helps register and on board
  6. Else make your customers register at the time you sell your product.
  7. You get paid rewards as per agreed terms.
  8. Growing list of customers increases, so do your rewards every month.
