Your crew clocks in on their phone. Friday adds itself up.
Tap Clock In at the site, Clock Out at the end of the day, with a note for where they were. On Friday the timesheet report has every person's hours to the hundredth, ready to copy into payroll, and nobody's written anything on a napkin.

How it works
Give the crew their logins
Each team member gets their own login (see Team management), and you choose whether they see only their own hours or everyone's.
Clock in at the site
They tap Clock In in the mobile app when they start, with an optional note like the job or the site. One entry is open per person at a time, so nobody ends up clocked in twice.
Clock out when they're done
Clock Out closes the entry with the end time. Forgotten clock-outs show up, and an old open entry is marked invalid at the next clock-in instead of quietly running for three days.
Fix anything that's off
Add a missed day or correct a time on the web, or on mobile for anyone with permission to edit timesheets.
Total the week
Pick any dates and the timesheet report shows each person's total hours and the overall total. Email the entries to yourself or your bookkeeper as a CSV.
Hours on the phone they already carry
No scraps of paper on the dashboard, and no guessing on Friday what time the crew got to the site on Tuesday. Team members clock in and out in the mobile app, and each person has one entry open at a time, so the record stays clean.
Friday's hours, without the guesswork
Hours written up from memory drift: 7:18 becomes 7:00, and a missed day becomes a guess. With clock-ins, the report gives each person's total and the overall total to the hundredth of an hour. Fix a forgotten clock-out first, then copy the totals across to payroll.
A note on every entry
Each clock-in can carry a note: the customer, the site, "shop morning". When you look back at a week, you can see where the hours went, not just how many there were.
Missed punches get fixed, not argued about
Someone forgot to clock out on Wednesday? The entry is there to correct. Add the end time on the web and the report is right again, before it goes anywhere near payroll.
Everyone sees what you allow
A crew member can see only their own hours, while your office manager sees and edits everyone's. Set it per person, alongside the rest of their permissions.
Any dates, emailed as a CSV
Run the report for a week, a pay period or a storm month. The totals are on screen, and the entries go to your inbox as a CSV that opens in any spreadsheet.
How different trades use it
- ElectricalElectricians clock in at the panel swap with the address in the note, and Friday's hours are already totalled.
- LandscapingLandscaping crews clock in from the truck, and the owner has each person's week without collecting paper cards.
- Snow removalDrivers clock in at 2:48am, and the storm week's hours arrive as a CSV for payroll.
- RemodelingCarpenters clock in at the house, and a forgotten clock-out gets fixed on the web before the report runs.
- Commercial cleaningNight cleaners clock in at the building, and the office sees everyone's hours in the morning.
- PaintingPainters see only their own hours, while the foreman can see the whole crew's.
Timesheets questions
Can my crew clock in from the job site?
Yes. They tap Clock In on their phone when they arrive and Clock Out when they finish, with a note for the job or where they were. No paper sheets, no stopping at the shop.
What if someone forgets to clock out?
It's a quick fix. Each person has one running entry, so a forgotten clock-out is flagged the next time they clock in. Then you correct the hours on the web, or on mobile if you've given that person edit access.
Can I see what each person worked on?
Yes. Every entry carries a note, like "Service upgrade, Cary", so the hours come with where they went. Pick any dates and the report shows each person's time and the total.
Can my crew see each other's hours?
Only if you let them. For each team member you choose whether they see just their own timesheets or everyone's, and whether they can add or edit entries.
Can I get the hours into payroll?
Yes. The timesheet report totals every person's hours to the hundredth for the dates you pick, and you can email the entries as a CSV to your bookkeeper or straight into whatever you use to pay the crew.
